  • probably built in Freest on the river Peene/GER in 1911
  • 1972 conversion from a fishing-cutter to a schooner-galeass, galeasses and merged types were quite usual on the German Baltic coast in the 19th century, she carried the rig of a galeass with a square foresail and a topsail on the main mast
  • "Rarotonga" was destroyed in her home habour because of a heavy storm in the late 1990s, she has to be given up
