  • built at Karlstads Mekaniska Verksta, Sweden, as a 3-masted steel fore-and-aft schooner in 1939, has been used as a sailing fishing vessel for Swedish owners until about 1960, regular trips to Iceland.
  • removal of her rig and refitted as a bulk freighter in the 1960’s, continued coastal trading until 1994.
  • remained for sale in Sweden until the summer of 2001 when Canadian Sailing Expeditions purchased her, delivery to North America, re-converted to a sailing vessel for charter cruises with passengers.
  • offer of a sailing programme "A Seafaring World" that combines history, mathematics, science, geography, and physical education for young people and adult groups.
