- built 2003-2005 by shipbuilder Nautica in Bulgaria modelled after the famous yacht "America", which won the Hundred Guinea Trophy Race in 1851. The Hundred Guinea Trophy Race (regatta around the Isle of Wright) was renamed later the America's Cup.
- private yacht of the shipyard's owner of Varna, 2007 sold to a hotel owner from Austria.
- 2008 transfer from Black Sea to Germany.
- based in Rostock, GER the ship is used for passenger sailing trips since 2009 for smaller groups, participation in the Hanse Sail Rostock.
