- built in 1893 by Edwin Rowles, Pill, GBR as a pilot cutter for the pilot Frank Trott from Cardiff/GBR.
- victorious in 1895, 1896, 1897, 1905 and 1907 in the annual Bristol Channel Pilot Cutter regatta.
- in November 1900 the crew of the ketch "Young Emma" was successfully rescued, which had sprung a leak and was towed to Barry Harbor where she nevertheless sank.
- 1908 fitted with a ship's engine.
- converted into a yacht after the end of the owner's working life.
- owned by C. Eric Milner and registered in Lowestoft/GBR in the late 1930s.
- registered in Salcombe, Devon/GBR in the late 1960s, offering holiday cruises through the Island Cruising Club to the Channel Islands or to the French coast, to Ireland or Spain.
- after being sold by the Island Cruising Club worked as a charter ship based at the the West Indies for a time.
- acquired by M. Strzalkowski in 1989 and refitted by Covey Island Boatworks, Nova Scotia, since then known as "Marguerite T.", later taken over by the shipyard owner John Steele.
- then owned by Robert and Anna Brunyee and registered in Falmouth, Cornwall, GBR.
- 2003 overhaul at Gweek Boatyard, Cornwall, GBR.
